Affiliate Program Operating Agreement

This Affiliate Program Operating Agreement (“Operating Agreement”) is part of RUDDRA SIA (reg.no. 41203014127) company (“We”) and contains the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program (the “Program”). After your registration and profile confirmation “You” or “your” means the applicant agree with these conditions.
"Partner Site" refers to the e-commerce or retail partner that uses a special link to their site. "Advertising Fees" refers to the commissions earned for a successful and verified sale of a product on the Partner Site by a customer using your referral link.
1. Description of the Program
The purpose of the program is to allow you to advertise products or your unique link on your website or other platforms and earn advertising fees or commissions.
2.Link usage
Do not use this link on sites that:
(a) promote or contain sexually explicit materials;
(b) promote violence or contain violent materials;
(c) promote or contain libelous or defamatory materials;
(d) promote discrimination, or employ discriminatory practices, based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
(e) promote or undertake illegal activities;
(f) include any trademark of RUDRA yoga & healthy food, in a variant or misspelling or on Partner Sites, in any domain name, subdomain name, or in any username, group name, or other identifier on any social networking site; or
(g) otherwise violate intellectual property rights.
If we notice inappropriate link usage, we can reject or cancel your account at any time in our sole discretion.
3. Advertising Fees and Commission Payout
We will pay you advertising fees for verified purchases made by customers using your links. Payouts will be made once per month. The amount of commission should be prepared Invoice from your company as advertising / marketing costs.
We provide a 10% commission on sales made through your site link or advertising links. The commission is not calculated on shipping costs or discounted products.
Qualifying Purchases exclude, and we will not pay advertising fees on any of, the following:
(a)if some product should be added manually after order been made;
(b)any Product order where a cancellation, return, or refund has been initiated.
We may modify this Terms of Conditions at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a change. We will inform you individually about any significant changes.
